Dewon Mold Oil is a mineral-based, emulsion-free concrete mold oil resistant to curing temperatures which is used in the construction industry to provide easy removal of steel and plastic molds etc. after concrete casting and to obtain smoot-surfaced, free of air bubble concrete.
It offers quick and easy separation by preventing the molds from sticking to the concrete. It extends the mold life by reducing the mold cleaning process. This product provides a smooth concrete surface without air bubbles and is resistant to curing temperatures.
It can be used in iron, steel, plywood or wooden formwork systems. The consumption differs depending on the type of mold and the roughness of the surface. With an average of 1 liter of DEWON mold oil, a surface of 25-40 m2 can be lubricated.
