Neat Cutting Fluids B/BX-C/CX Series are mineral-based metalworking oils that are not mixed with water (without emulsion).
The EP/AW featured additives in this product helps to facilitate cutting and prevent tip welding. They do not contain chlorine. This series provide protection against rust and oxidation and the cutting characteristics and surface finishes are excellent.
Neat Cutting Oil B (ISO VG 32) and C (ISO VG 46) series have different viscosities and are recommended for cutting, broaching, and drilling of metal materials such as aluminium, brass, bronze, copper, magnesium, monel and mild steel. Neat Cutting Oil BX (ISO VG 32) and CX (ISO VG 46) are used in heavy and difficult processes of hard and alloyed steels, non-ferrous metal alloys, stainless steel, cast irons as different viscosities with their extra-strengthened EP/AW features. This series also offer excellent results in deep drilling operations.
