Product Description

Syntech Compressor Fluid Serie are fully synthetic air compressor oils that are produced with polyalphaolefin (PAO) based base oils and specially selected ashless performance additives.

Features and Benefits

They are fully synthetic products; mineral base oils etc. are not included. Its synthetic nature and special performance additives, helps to provide extra performance during high temperatures and pressures and ensures the oil change period to be over 10000 hours. In other words, its oil maintenance periods are approximately 3-4 times longer than mineral-based compressor oils. Its synthetic nature helps to provide a resistance against deposit type contaminations caused by chemical and/or thermal oxidation and blackening. The outstanding anti-wear feature of the product helps to protect the parts in the systems and extends the life span of the equipment. It has excellent water, moisture, and air separation properties and also, protects equipment parts against corrosion and cavitation.

Applications

It has been developed to operate in single or two-stage screw, rotary vane air compressors where the temperature is 100 Celsius degrees or above and the pressure is above 20 bar. It is recommended for electric generators and turbocharges of marine diesel engines operating at low/medium speeds. It can also be used in oil circulation systems, hydraulic systems and non-EP industrial gear systems that are operating under heavy and difficult conditions where high performance is required.
